Chico is Executive Vice President of Enterprise Transformation at Amentum. His responsibilities include leading Amentum’s enterprise transformation initiatives, driving business optimization and integration projects, and strengthening our safety culture.
Prior to his current role, Chico served as Chief Information Officer at Amentum leading important integration projects stemming from the PAE acquisition. Prior to Amentum, Chico was president of PAE’s National Security Solutions business unit, where he was responsible for leading a team of approximately 6,000 employees who provide counter-threat solutions, business process outsourcing, adjudication support services and full life cycle support for complex legal matters for almost five years. He previously served as senior vice president of Information Technology and Network Communication Services at Vectrus. Chico was responsible for the full spectrum of IT and network services, including all aspects of profit and loss within the portfolio, engineering, operations and maintenance, and management for a wide range of global data and communication network operations. Prior to his role at Vectrus, Chico served as vice president and general manager of programs of Harris IT Services.
Chico graduated from the University of Richmond and earned a master’s degree in business administration from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University.
